Walker commission approves development plats, street certifications and an intent to vacate Ripens Drive
At its Dec. 8 meeting, the commission approved the Pheasant Preserve final plat, several Act 51 street inventory actions (Klute Street decertification and Pheasant Preserve street certification), a Ripens Drive intent to vacate (public hearing to be set), Riverbend North site condominium review and routine consent expenditures including $3,018,471.05 in bills.
