Glendale adopts ADU and middle-housing code changes to align with state law
Council adopted two zoning text amendments: an ADU amendment requiring owner occupancy when a short-term rental coexists with an ADU and a middle-housing provision to allow duplexes through fourplexes in specified areas consistent with Arizona Revised Statute §9-462.13 and HB 2721. Planning Commission had recommended approval of both items.
