Council adopts proclamations, ordinances and a developer agreement; rescinds proposed TID
At its Nov. 4 meeting the Middleton Common Council adopted an America Recycles Day proclamation, approved two ordinances (traffic restriction and demolition/rehab standards), approved a developer agreement with 6300 UAMF LLC, and passed a resolution rescinding the creation of TID No. 6. All recorded voice votes were unanimous.
