Middleton council adopts traffic and historic-preservation code changes; approves fermented malt beverage license

The council unanimously approved several municipal code amendments — a left-turn prohibition near Cromerie Middle School, revised rehabilitation standards for non-landmarked structures in historic districts, and updates to one-way traffic locations — and approved a Class B fermented malt beverage license for a new restaurant.
