Decatur County’s Advisory Plan Commission approved APC petition 2025-30 on a motion and second to allow Anthony and Saundra Adams to subdivide 1.5 acres from a 15.79-acre parcel and rezone that 1.5-acre portion from A-1 to A-2 for a single-family detached dwelling. The property is located just east of 4561 West County Road 650 North in Greensburg, Adams Township.
