For each category of the Issues Rules I checked for inconsistencies, misidentification, missing clarifying details, chronology errors, and potential misinformation. The review addressed speaker attributions only when names appeared explicitly in the transcript, kept quotes limited to those speakers, and recorded roll‑call tallies and recusals from the transcript. No items in the audit required substantive revision of factual claims in the articles.
