TCOLE delays full OpenText rollout to prioritize confidential database and user security

Director of Information Technology Jessica Capreiro updated commissioners on the agency’s ongoing IT projects Dec. 11, saying TCOLE is working with OpenText to implement a confidential statewide employment database (CSED) and has broadened the project into a single repository to replace the TCOLE Secure Share (TSS).
