Carroll, Iowa — The Carroll County Board of Supervisors opened a public hearing at 9:30 a.m. on a proposed fiscal‑year 2026 budget amendment and closed the hearing after brief public comment. County staff described the amendment as primarily in‑and‑out transfers, including pass‑through grant money for conservation projects, ambulance accounting, a courthouse door system and an addition to the juvenile detention center.
