Manitowoc council passes slate of routine resolutions, agreements and program authorizations

At its December meeting the council adopted a broad set of committee recommendations — including budget amendments, labor and procurement agreements, street and sidewalk programs, and an expanded outdoor refreshment area — largely by unanimous votes; the meeting included no contested roll-call recorded opposition.
