Speaker 2 said the committee must approve an hourly-rate authorization for the architect selected through the RFQ process and explained the fee structure. "The single sheet shows the hourly amount for each of the employees that they will charge should they have to work on the project," Speaker 2 said, adding the initial planning phase was "a minimum of $8,000" and that "this phase is to last 4 to 6 weeks." Speaker 2 also said that at a $10,000 level the firm will provide more detail on outstanding needs.
