Commissioner Wayne Fournier briefed the board on a regional legislative dinner in which county priorities were discussed with legislators. He asked staff to coordinate a press release celebrating a CPED water-rights acquisition grant (agenda item 6.72). Commissioners also mentioned a $500,000 regional request for a meat-processing facility study and regional support for courthouse and training projects.
