Wheat Ridge planning commission: appointments, grant pursuits and next meeting date
Staff announced upcoming Planning Commission openings and appointments (Pat Quinn on council; Susan Wood appointed to fill a vacancy), that the Lutheran Legacy Campus plat has closed, and that the city applied for a transit-oriented community infrastructure grant to support Foothills Regional Housing; next meeting likely Jan. 15.

At the Dec. 18 meeting the planning department provided administrative updates: Pat Quinn is on the City Council and Susan Wood has been appointed to fill a vacant commission seat, with additional recruitment for boards and commissions opening now and replacements expected in February. Staff said the Lutheran Legacy Campus property has closed and the concept and plat have been approved; pre-application meetings for the next plat and site plans will follow.
