Key approvals included a $694,008 contract to Landmark Aquatic (doing business as Landmark Aquatic / Spear Aquatics LLC) to reconstruct the Circus Square Park sprayground, with a five‑year service agreement priced at $9,200 annually; purchase and installation of 14 dispatch consoles and desks for the public safety training center from Watson Consoles for $295,755.62 under an Omnia Partners cooperative contract; an FY26 sidewalk rehabilitation contract with Baker Contracting LLC (not to exceed $400,000) for ADA-compliant replacements and curb/gutter work; a Wheatstone Avenue sidewalk contract with Baker Contracting LLC (not to exceed $83,610.50); and a change order to QK4, Inc. professional services for the Scottsville Road multi-use path adding $161,026 to the contract (total project cost reported at $381,522).
The commission also approved a sole‑source contract with Infinity Pipeline Inc. for Turkey Run Basin expansion in the amount of $198,800 to increase stormwater capacity in a heavily flooded area and coordinate with concurrent Warren County Water District work. Staff described the Turkey Run retrofit as widening, lengthening and deepening the basin to reduce yard and home flooding.
Each item was moved, seconded and approved by roll call.
