Commission grants moratorium exemptions for several small parcel splits
The commission approved exemptions from a county subdivision moratorium for a pair of Spring Creek Road parcels and discussed (and returned to planning) a North Alabama Road split; motions carried to permit owners to proceed with normal subdivision process or to route items to planning commission as requested.

The board considered multiple requests for exemptions from a county moratorium on subdivisions established by Resolution 29.20.25. Levi Long appeared on behalf of Mark and Carla (owners) and asked to split approximately 1.5 acres from a parent parcel on Spring Creek Road (Parcel 031139/031140). Commissioners moved to approve the exemption, and the motion carried with affirmative votes.
