Planning staff outlines fixes needed to newly adopted zoning code

Planning staff told the commission the zoning code adopted Dec. 4 contains council edits that staff plan to return to the commission to amend — including making multifamily density limits more flexible, restoring modification standards in the minor plan development overlay, and increasing cannabis setbacks to 1,000 feet from certain sensitive uses.
