Middlesex County municipal fund hears audit and dissolution updates, approves closed‑session claims payments

At its Dec. 17 meeting the Middlesex County Municipal Joint Insurance Fund received a draft 2023 audit, was told its dissolution plan is awaiting regulator sign‑off, heard public questions about a short‑term third‑party administrator, entered closed session for claims and contractual matters and approved claims payments before adjourning.
