Multnomah County board ratifies three-year contract for county physicians and psychiatrists
The board unanimously ratified a three-year successor collective bargaining agreement covering physicians and psychiatrists (AFSCME Local 88-2), including a 2.4% COLA in year one (retroactive to July 1, 2025), a 3.4% market adjustment for psychiatrists, enhanced professional development reimbursements and recruitment-focused leave credits.
