Harrison City Council voted to authorize Mayor Ryan Grubbs to prepare and submit applications to the Ohio Public Works Commission (OPWC) for State Capital Improvement and Local Transportation Improvement programs. The resolution also authorizes the mayor to execute any required contracts associated with those applications.
