Commissioners finalize replat order for Lot 42 after staff note resident objections

Rural development staff told Atascosa County Commissioners Court the replat of Lot 42 in San Antonio Country Estates Unit No. 2 (Precinct 2) had been approved at a prior meeting but that a required signed order had not been entered. Staff reported that subdivision restrictions had expired (noted as about 2012) and that two landowners had submitted letters opposing the split.
