Commissioners and staff asked for more details about expected deliverables, schedules and what the county would receive for the fee. One commissioner noted any participation would need to be budgeted in the next fiscal year; Peck said invoices are typically submitted 12 months after the county joins and that membership timelines are flexible.
The board asked staff to collect more program documents and return with cost-benefit information; no vote or contract was taken at the meeting.
