Planning commission hears multiple pre‑application projects and neighborhood screening requests
At the Dec. 17 meeting the commission heard pre‑applications for a building rehab and expansion at 395 Naughty Oak Road, an expansion at 28 Mapledale (warehouse/garage), and two commercial condo proposals in Summit; staff emphasized screening, stormwater and notice to abutters and there were no final votes.
