Kerr County Commissioners Court voted Dec. 22 to allow the county to act as a pass‑through recipient for FEMA reimbursement requested by the Ingram Volunteer Fire Department (VFD) for emergency protective measures during the July 2025 flood. County staff said the requested reimbursement totals $356,582.37 and includes force account equipment use, materials, communications equipment and other incurred costs.
