Facilities staff and the superintendent updated the board on construction activity and bond projects. Highlights included a proposed Amendment No. 3 (GMP) for John Marshall administrative/classroom replacement not to exceed $4,932,674; a recommendation to present that amendment on consent; and a recommendation to place several large 2022 bond projects on hold while the district completes an external optimization and demographic feasibility study (CSG) that will run through the coming months.
