APC approves multiple minor subdivisions, places rezones and approves budget
Summary
On Dec. 3 the Tippecanoe County APC approved several minor subdivisions (including S5306 and S5311), placed additional petitions and rezones on the Dec. 17 APC agenda and approved the November 2025 budget; most approvals were recorded by unanimous ballots.
The Tippecanoe County Area Plan Commission on Dec. 3 approved a slate of routine land-planning items and set several petitions for future public hearings.
Actions recorded during the executive committee session included unanimous approvals for minutes from Nov. 5 and the November 2025 budget report. The commission approved construction- and subdivision-related items by unanimous ballots, including S5306 (MJ Fields Minor Subdivision) and S5311 (Purdue Technology Center/Rolls Royce minor subdivision). Staff recommended conditional primary approval on the subdivisions; applicants described access and parcel-boundary clarifications during presentations.
The commission also placed S5314 (Park 350 Subdivision, Phase 2) and three rezone petitions (Z3013, Z3014 and Z3015) on the Area Plan Commission public hearing agenda for Dec. 17, 2025. Those petitions will be heard at the regular APC meeting.
Motions were made and seconded on the floor; most votes were recorded on unanimous white/yellow ballots and the transcript did not include named roll-call tallies. Where provided, the mover for several agenda-placement and subdivision motions was Commissioner Jerry Reynolds.
