The Tippecanoe County Area Plan Commission executive committee met Dec. 3, 2025, and approved construction plans for the McCarty Hope Apartments and several minor subdivisions on unanimous ballots. The committee also discussed proposed zoning ordinance changes — building coverage increases, a height-measurement change and accessory-dwelling-unit size limits — and tabled the lot-coverage change to February for builder feedback.
