Unidentified Speaker 1, Speaker, said the program’s goal is for students to become fluent in English and Spanish by the end of elementary school, including being able to read and write in both languages. "One of the coolest things about it is that you will see students progress all the way from kindergarten through elementary, and by the end the goal is for them to be fluent in 2 languages, in English and in Spanish," they said.
