On Dec. 16 the Clearwater Community Development Board approved the consent agenda item to authorize a 1,838-square-foot commercial dock at 125 Island Way and voted to continue a separate flexible development application for property at 6112 Bay Esplanade to allow the applicant to revise proposed building heights and re-advertise the hearing.
