The McGregor City Council on Dec. 8 approved an update to an on-call planning‑services agreement described in the agenda as with Municipal Planning Services LLC. A representative said the contract is a budgeted item, noted updated hourly rates by service type, and told the council the city had received one invoice related to development of a vegetation ordinance. The presenter said the agreement amount was "a little over $11,000."
