Commission approves rezoning, RV-storage special exception and buffer variance in public hearing
On second reading the board approved Ordinance 2025-36 (rezone ~5.01 acres to bring a nonconforming parcel into compliance), granted a special exception to allow RV storage in a Commercial Highway district, and approved a variance to buffering requirements for an industrial parcel with added firewall conditions.
