Mitchell County approves amendment extending BioSciences project completion to May 31, 2026
The Board approved Amendment No. 1 to Contract 22-HQJT-036 with BioSciences, extending the project completion date from June 30, 2025 to May 31, 2026; the Iowa Economic Development Authority agreed to the extension after the company cited labor, equipment delivery and cash-flow delays.
