At its Jan. 2 organizational meeting, the Mitchell County Board of Supervisors appointed Todd as chair and Pam as vice chair, approved minutes, designated official newspapers, set employee reimbursement limits, appointed the county medical examiner and deputies, and set rates for right‑of‑way fence removal and crop damage.
