The Hardin County Board of Supervisors voted to adopt Resolution 25-28, a temporary vacancy procedure described by board members as a hiring freeze, at its Oct. 29 meeting. The motion, made by Speaker 1 and seconded by Speaker 2, carried by roll call with one ‘‘Nay’’ and three ‘‘Aye’’ votes.
