The board approved the Russell addition replat, a no-parking resolution for Burnside Drive, a six-month MOU with Big Brothers Big Sisters, appointed a contracted county appraiser beginning Jan. 1, 2026, and authorized staff to pursue an immediate urban growth area amendment with Garden City.
