Miles Sebold said work on the Landing project resumed after a brief pause for cold weather and that steel deliveries have arrived. "This is scheduled to open in December 2026," he said, and described interior amenities including a kitchen, fitness room, a reservable community room, an indoor/first-level parking garage and a rooftop patio available for residents.
