Sylvia Proud, representing Human Resources, presented a stop-loss insurance policy with BCS Insurance Company that would begin Jan. 1, 2026. Proud said legal reviewed the policy and related schedules and confirmed that an earlier carrier's termination did not require a termination letter because Alliant handled notification.

A board member moved to approve the BCS stop-loss policy and the motion was seconded; commissioners voted aye to approve.
