Horizon Public Health returned to the board with two applications that the Grant County Opioid Task Force had tabled at a prior meeting. Amy (Horizon Public Health) explained the task force used the state MOA and voting process established in Grant County Resolution 23‑0402 and said both applications passed the task force unanimously.
