2) Speaker identification: The transcript uses speaker numbers and gives a few names. The draft avoided inferring names where none were provided and used role-based labels (Chair, County Manager David Cough, Perry Davis, Josh Queen). Fix: Confirmed attributions only when names appear in transcript; otherwise used role titles as required.
3) Dates and location: Meeting date and chamber location were not explicitly stated in the transcript (only next meeting date was given). Fix: The meeting date was left as “not specified” and location recorded as “not specified” to avoid inventing details.
4) Privacy and data-retention claims for Community Connect: The draft noted privacy concerns and staff statements that the network would be secured and access tiered; it flagged policies as 'still under development' to avoid overstating protections.
5) Vote tallies: The transcript records unanimous voice votes but not roll-call counts. Fix: Articles report outcomes and note unanimous approval or 'voice vote' rather than inventing numerical tallies.
6) Proper-name spellings and consistency: Transcribed names were listed under proper_names; articles advise fact-checking spellings against official records. Fix: Retained transcript spellings and flagged fact-check risk where appropriate.
No further substantive factual errors were found that could be corrected without access to external records. All changes adhered to the transcript and the requirement not to invent facts.
