Commission approves Ayers lot split in R-2 urban estates district
The board approved the preliminary and final plat for Ayers 1st Subdivision (8184 South Buffalo Road), a lot split that planning staff found in conformance with the comprehensive plan and zoning, with a caveat staff may hold filing until a land-use permit for an existing outbuilding is provided.

The Lincoln County Board of Commissioners voted Dec. 8 to approve a preliminary and final plat for Ayers 1st Subdivision at 8184 South Buffalo Road. Planning Administrator Judy Clark described the application as a straight lot split: the northern portion would retain the existing residence and the south portion would be sold so the applicants can build a new home.
