Commissioners approve amended IT contract and ratify Nov. 25 minutes
The court approved an amendment to the county's IT contract with vendor IT Mable (startup fee $7,600, one-year term and 20 discretionary hours per month) and also approved the Nov. 25, 2025 meeting minutes by voice vote.

Representatives from IT Mable — Jay Gentlemen (general manager) and Chris Smith — attended the Dec. 9 Trinity County Commissioners Court to present an amended IT services contract. The vendor said the amendment includes a $7,600 startup charge to inventory county equipment and an initial 20 hours of discretionary monthly service; the one‑year contract is expected to begin in January.
