Developer outlines data-center plans near FM 611 in Fisher County
A developer told Fisher County commissioners that civil work on a planned data center off FM 611 will begin immediately with initial site access and security in place; the project team said stormwater controls have been submitted and that TxDOT coordination on access is underway.

Paul Houston, the site and construction manager for a proposed data center, described plans to Fisher County commissioners for work just off FM 611, between roads 446 and 448. He said crews have established security on site and expect civil works to take about three months, followed by electrical and mechanical construction phases and operations ramping next year.
