Zach (engineering staff) explained the amendment increases the not-to-exceed cap on Task Order 7 to cover additional plan review and engineering hours tied to ongoing projects such as Chambers Parkway and the county boat ramp. Zach said the amendment is intended to avoid exceeding previously allocated amounts and that the amended total remains a not-to-exceed arrangement.
Commissioner Dagley moved to approve the amendment; Commissioner Tice seconded. The court approved the amendment without further comment.
