Committee approves EMS software, reentry MOU and several contract amendments
The committee approved a memorandum of understanding for a reentry program with Family of Woodstock, contract amendments for the Public Defender and sheriff, a five‑year ESO Solutions contract for EMS reporting, and a block of intermunicipal EMS agreements. Two items were noted as withdrawn.

The Ulster County Legislature’s Law Enforcement and Public Safety Committee on Dec. 3 approved several contract amendments and program agreements spanning probation reentry services, public defender technology, sheriff hiring supports, and EMS reporting.
