Noble County drainage board approves minutes, drainage claims, beaver contracts and 2026 calendar

Speaker 3 introduced two beaver-removal contractor contracts — for Christopher Steinbarger (Steuben County) and a local contractor identified in the transcript as Eric (spelled both "Boston" and "Bostein" in different lines). Speaker 2 moved to approve the contracts covering Nov. 17, 2025, through Nov. 2026; the board approved the contracts by voice vote.
Finally, the board approved the Noble County drainage board regular meetings calendar for 2026, coordinated to coincide with the Board of Commissioners schedule. Speaker 3 circulated the calendar and Speaker 2 moved for approval; the motion passed.
