Randolph County commissioners voted Nov. 24 to sign two financial-commitment letters that will support federal grant applications covering up to 80% of costs for Bridge 303 in Winchester and Bridge 5 on 500 North at 800 West. An unidentified county presenter said the applications seek funding for design, right-of-way, utility relocation, construction and inspection.
