The commissioners approved a variance and multiple replat and final-plat actions: a frontage-variance and replat for C Bar Ranch (Lot 48 into 48A/48B), a replat in Walking Horse Estates Phase 2, and final plat approval for Faith Marie Estates; votes were unanimous.
