Central dispatch told commissioners it has been evaluating scheduling software and recommended a move from the current platform to PACE Scheduler, a web-based system that can integrate with payroll. The first-year cost for 35 users was presented as $3,690, with recurring annual fees thereafter. Dispatch proposed a one-year pilot to test fit and onboarding estimated at approximately eight weeks.
