During Steering Committee A, Director Markham presented a proposed sign for the David Culley Recreational Complex and said a vendor had provided a design and proposal. Commissioners questioned whether the sign would be lit, its placement given state scenic‑highway rules, and its cost. Staff indicated the sign proposal would be “not to exceed” the committee’s budgeted amount.
