The Cochise County Flood Control District voted unanimously to approve two consent-agenda items at a brief meeting on Tuesday, Jan. 6, in the Supervisor’s Hearing Room in Bisbee. The motion to approve items 1 and 2 was made and seconded and carried by voice vote, which the moderator summarized as “Motion carries 3 0.”
