Committee advances codification of construction-site sign language and discusses enforcement tracking

On enforcement, staff and members discussed logistics for posting violations and pursuing citations, including whether certified-mail notice constitutes receipt and how soon an enforcement matter should appear on a committee agenda. Kathy said the town bylaw procedure "echoes Mass General Law," and staff will consult with the town clerk and enforcement team on consistent timing and posting practices. The committee asked staff to consolidate outstanding enforcement items into a spreadsheet so members can review them without violating open-meeting posting rules.
