The Howard County Drainage Board accepted the Gibbs Estates subdivision plan and set a public hearing for Tuesday, Jan. 20 at 5:00 p.m. Brian Pierce of 40th Parallel Surveying said the one-lot subdivision covers 1.27 net acres and requested the Jan. 20 date because the Monday meeting would fall on a holiday.
